Meet the Team
Get to know Jarred and Chelsea, the husband and wife team behind Stronger Path.
We’re a small allied health practice offering Exercise Physiology and Psychology, with a shared focus on practical, individualised support.
No two people seek allied health support with exactly the same needs or goals. We take the time to understand what matters to you and work collaboratively to find an approach that genuinely fits your life.
Your goals. Your pace. Your stronger path.
MEET
Jarred
Accredited Exercise Physiologist | Co-Owner
Areas of interest:
Veteran Health • Mental Health • Chronic Health • Injury & Rehabilitation • Strength & Conditioning • Disability & Functional Capacity
Outside of work:
Jarred enjoys playing golf, learning martial arts, watching F1 and the Eagles, and spending time with his family and dogs.
Jarred has worked in health and fitness for more than a decade, first qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2014 before returning to study at Edith Cowan University and becoming an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Since 2024, Jarred has worked exclusively in clinical Exercise Physiology, supporting people across a wide range of ages, abilities, health backgrounds and goals. His work has included a strong focus on veterans, people with disability, chronic health conditions, mental health, rehabilitation and improving everyday function and independence.
Jarred takes a practical, down-to-earth approach and enjoys finding ways to make exercise genuinely useful for the person in front of him. That might mean building strength in the gym, using hydrotherapy, combining the two, or incorporating games, sports and other activities to work on things like balance, coordination, fitness, confidence or participation in daily life. He adapts exercise around each person’s health, preferences, interests and what they actually want to be able to do.
He believes Exercise Physiology is about more than simply completing an exercise program. Jarred values getting to know the people he works with, enjoys a good chat, and wants sessions to feel supportive, achievable and worth showing up for.
MEET
Chelsea
Psychologist | Clinical Psychology Registrar | Co-Owner
Areas of interest:
Autism & ADHD • OCD • Trauma • Anxiety • Burnout • Chronic Health • Identity & Self-Understanding • Disability & Adjustment
Outside of work:
Chelsea enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her dogs, reading, watching F1, and becoming far too invested in whichever TV show she is currently watching.
Chelsea is a psychologist who works with children, teens, and adults across a range of mental health and wellbeing needs, and has particular experience working with neurodivergent clients.
Her approach is warm, collaborative and curious, with a focus on helping people understand what is happening for them rather than simply being given a list of things they “should” be doing. She aims to create a space where clients feel comfortable asking questions, exploring difficult experiences, and being themselves.
Chelsea works with people to better understand the patterns underneath difficulties, build greater self-understanding and self-compassion, and find strategies and ways forward that genuinely fit their brain, circumstances and goals.
She has particular interests in Autism and ADHD (and other forms of neurodivergence), OCD, anxiety, trauma, burnout, disordered eating, identity, and adjustment to disability or significant life changes.
Chelsea’s work is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on tailoring therapy to the individual rather than expecting the person to fit a standard therapeutic approach.
